Complex of works on diffusion department modernisation
  • Carrying out technical, heat engineering, technical and economical audit of process, heat- and water supply schemes of diffusion compartment of sugar mill, determination of reserves for increasing efficiency of their operation.
  • Updating process, heat- and water supply of diffusion department.
  • Calculation, supply, engineering, adjustment, putting into operation new equipment for diffusion compartments (extractors, deep-squeezing presses, pulp catchers, elevators, cutters, pumps, reinforcement).
  • Updating and reconditioning of existing equipment, start-and-adjustment activities, completion of the equipment, optimal complete set for extraction plants.
  • Updating heating scheme for inclined extractors.
  • Updating exhausted cossettes discharge scheme for inclined extractors.
  • Carrying out activities, aimed at improving quality of beet cossettes (including feed line and beet washer department).
  • Development and implementation of rational schemes for preparation of feed water for extractors.
  • Supply and implementation of diffusion juice pulp catching equipment, pulp discharge, desugarization and utilization schemes.
  • Development and implementation of rational schemes for preparation and reversion of pulp press water in the extraction agent.
  • Calculation, selection and putting into operation pumping facilities with higher efficiency factor and optimal performance characteristics.
  • Carrying out complex automation of the processes in diffusion compartment.
  • Supply, development of schemes and manufacturing implementation of antifoam preparations, used in sugar industry.
  • Carrying out staff training in basic operation principles for new and existing equipment, performing technological processes in optimal operation mode, basing on the latest developments in sugar industry.
  • Support of technical solutions during manufacturing.
  • Carrying out complex activities on ensuring ecological safety of technological processes.
    Special activities:
  • Examination of technical condition of trough-type inclined extractors DdS, DC, PDS with giving out recommendations.
  • Checking positions of axis lines of auger shafts of DdS, DC-type extractors.
  • Checking and carrying out centering activities of drive stations of trough-type inclined extractors.
  • Operation control of greasing system and drive chains and their adjustment during operation.

    Repair activities:
  1. Restoration of transportation system on existing turboshafts.
  2. Restoration and repair of trough and roof of extractor.
  3. Supply of the following spare parts is possible:
    • end shafts;
    • differential sheaves;
    • wrist pin of intermediate bearings;
    • bushes for intermediate, external and gland friction bearings;
    • bearing bodies (steel);
    • special bolts.
    Activities in diffusion compartment will ensure:
  1. increase in productivity of extractors;
  2. decrease of loss of sugar during production;
  3. decrease of fuel and power rate for beet treatment;
  4. decrease of fuel rate for pulp drying;
  5. improving quality of diffusion juice;
  6. decrease of foam generation due to use of "KEBO" preparation;
  7. ecological safety of technological processes.
