The "Teplocom" Company offers a complete technical solution on upgrading the sulphitation plant, developing and implementing water, juice and syrup sulphitation at sugar mills, using granulated sulphur.
The scope of work on upgrading is as follows:
- development and implementation of sulphitation plants in order to provide sulphitation of feed water to the extraction plant, using concentrated sulphuric acid, and for sulphitation of juice, syrup, barometric water using granulated sulphur;
- upgrade of the existing sulphitation plants and basic units of the sulphitation plant, required for processing the sugar mill's products;
- supply, installation, implementation and commissioning of the sulphitation plant's equipment (sulphur kilns, granulated sulphur dosers, sulphur dioxide coolers, sulphitators, means of automation, locking and regulating fittings, pumps);
- issue of technical documentation for manufacturing the silo, sulphur afterburning chamber, gas feeding controller and so on;
- full automation of dosing, burning, sulphitation processes;
- performance of works on providing environmental safety of the sulphitation process.
Implementation of the scope of upgrading activities provides for the following:
- considerable reduction and optimization of sulphur consumption for processing needs;
- increased sulphur dioxide use rate;
- stabilization of sulphur dioxide content in the processed products;
- stabilization of РН-level of the processed products, maintaining the required РН-level;
- automation of sulphur burning and product sulphitation processes;
- possibility to locate the sulphur dioxide treatment unit outdoors, no gas contamination inside the factory;
- environmental safety of the sulphitation process.
