The combined device of hot liming and collector of unfiltered juice of I carbonation is aimed at process of hot stage of main liming in continuous method (upper part) and transitional accumulation of juice before filtration (low part) in sugar production.
The device is intended for operation in areas with moderate and frigid climate with solution temperature up to 900С, alkalinity – 10,8-11,2 pH and solution density – to 1080 kg/m3.
Purpose of the device is operation at sugar refineries in the process of sugar beet processing.
Place of installation – indoors and outside. |
