Cartridge filter type TC-FPI
It is designed for I and II carbonization juice filtering in sugar beet production and also for saturated melt filtering in raw sugar processing.
With appropriate component parts and software the filter can be used for the concentrated syrup filtration. The use of filter in other branches of food and chemical industry is also possible.

High specific productivity due to:
- Total automation of the filtration process;
- Simultaneous filtering and discharge of suspension;
- Quick and qualitative regeneration of the cloth (at the rhythmic beet processing of the high quality) the specific productivity reaches 1,1 m3/m2 per hour during filtration of the I saturation juice and 1,6 m3/m2 per hour during the II saturation juice filtration.
Achievement of the set solid phase concentration in thick slurry’s suspension in a wide range. For instance, for I saturation juice – 150-300 g/l.
Stable penetration of the cloth during the whole season due to effective impulsive regeneration.
Reliability
Total automation of the filtering process.
Efficiency
Small heat losses due to leak resistance, compact construction and small recycling volume.
