It is designed to heat products of sugar production during sugar beet and raw sugar processing. According to the type of heating medium are divided into heaters - using vapour as heating medium, and – heat exchangers – using condensates as heating medium. It is used for heating of almost all kinds of sugar industry products (except outflows of crystallization station), and is also broadly used in other branches of sugar industry and heating systems and systems of hot water supply. There are designed more than 70 standard sizes of heaters and heat exchangers which satisfy needs of plants with productivity from 2 000 to 10 000 t of beet processing per day.

It is designed for preliming at the raw juice purification station of the sugar factories. Optimization of the inner juice circulation flows with the help of partitions and butterfly dampers constructions. Possibility of an accurate flow adjusting in considerably broad range of raw juice consumption. Efficiency Providing productivity of 7000 - 9000 tones of beet per day with possibility of realizing modern heat balance and process scheme at the sugar factory. Reduction of lime consumption. Considerable improvement of raw juice purification technological parameters. No bearing in the middle part of the mixer shaft.

It is designed for clarification of polluted water by mechanical suppression of polydisperse particles into mud. At the sugar factories it is used for beet top, roots, solid impurities and hovered particles of the ground removal out of flume water for reduction of water losses together with removed mud. Can be used together with the existing flume water clarification equipment in sugar, chemical and other branches of industry.

Maximal efficiency of the juice purification during the II carbonization is achieved by decreasing the Calcium soluble salts content in the juice of II carbonization using maturing tank.

It is designed for condensate collection from heat exchange equipment, cooling of CHP feed condensates and ammonia condensate to the set temperature. Condensate collection is made accordingly to the principle of approximately equal potentials, the cooling is stepped. It is used during sugar beet processing and raw sugar processing. The number of sections depends on condensate temperature supplied on deaerators of CHP and can vary from 5 to 12.
